Design Construction Joinery This 360sqm office fit out features a kitchen and breakout space, 4, 6 & 10-person meeting rooms, two quiet rooms, a wellbeing room, storage room, and communications room. Our design brief was to create a warm and welcoming workplace which could entice staff back into the office, creating a place where people want to come into work. The client, Wallbridge Gilbert Aztec (WGA), was also relocating from an expiring lease, meaning all works were completed in an efficient 8-week timeframe.

The success of the WGA fit out exemplifies Skelcon Design, Construct, and Joinery's innovative and collaborative approach to creating an environment where subcontractors enjoy working together bringing the visionary design to life.
