Back to listings Tower Lodge Estate Commercial fitout in pokolbin Skelcon recently completed another project in the Hunter Valley, undertaking a refurbishment of existing and new spaces at Tower Lodge Estate in Pokolbin. Construction Joinery when skelcon was approached about this project, the team was excited to restore this building back to its former glory! The project included the refurbishment of 14 hotel rooms, a dining room and kitchen, as well as large courtyards, outdoor decks, Pool area and front entry.

This 22-week project was designed by Space Design Architecture and working closely with the client, the project came together beautifully! Skelcon’s scope of work throughout the duration of this project included project management, construction and joinery. Our team looked after the structural alterations, timber decks, pergola construction and the installation of some very special new cedar spa’s.

Working with solid Australian hardwood timber was one of the highlights of this project, as well as being able to give this fantastic building a new lease on life.
