Construction The Tillys Play and Development Centre project had a number of considerations through the planning of the construction. The client was very clear on the centre they wanted for their students and parents, and also the timeframe they wanted it to be completed in. We successfully worked within their budget and eight month timeframe.

Skelcon’s extensive experience in the Childcare and Education sectors allowed us to effectively execute the project within the regulations of NSW Regulatory Authority, Department of Education and Communities and Education and Care Services National Law.

Tillys also cater to a very wide age group of children, six weeks to 12 years. This means that the space needed to be applicable and appealing to younger and older children. The childcare is one of eight centres privately owned and family-run, and the centre needed to hold up the high standard reputation.
