Skelcon were approached by local entrepreneurs Brittney Saunders and Aaron Koina to bring to life a stunning design by Dylan Try from SDA. Construction with an aesthetic focus - the space has been beautifully divided into two areas – an open plan creative studio and a grab-and-go café. Designed to allow creatives to hire the space for events and photoshoots, the studio is a textural and tonal masterclass of whites. X-bond flooring, rendered archway features, v-groove panels and sheer linen curtains provide the perfect backdrop, with tastefully selected furniture providing warmth to the space.

Drenched in the morning sun, the café is a mixture of fresh whites, earthy timbers, terrazzo flooring and brass features. Curved surfaces and arched doors provide the foundations of the café, and the feature colour of pale yellow makes for an inviting space to enjoy your morning coffee and pastry.
