Back to listings Hunter ENT Medical fitout in konara medical centre, broadmeadow After being the successful tenderer for the fit outs of the newly constructed Konara building in Broadmeadow, Skelcon took on the challenge to complete not 1, but 3 internal medical fit outs including both shared areas and End of Trip Facilities in only a short 16-week timeframe. Construction situated on level 3 is the home of hunter ent which features an impressive reception & waiting area along with 6 consult rooms, 2 procedure rooms, 5 post consult rooms, sterilisation, a large admin office and staff kitchen. With having a clear understanding of the function and practical side of medical fit outs, it was important that Skelcon worked cohesively with the client to guarantee each individual space was designed and utilised to its full potential. Skelcon achieved this by strong communication and time management, delivering a quality high standard fit out in the desired time frame.
