Back to listings Hotel Elermore Hospitality fitout in croudace road, elermore vale Skelcon were approached by the Iris Group to undertake extensive alterations and additions to the existing Shaft Tavern, including bistro, café, bottle shop and carpark to create the new Hotel Elermore. Construction the project suited skelcon’s strengths as a commercial hospitality fitout, requiring careful planning and staged construction to ensure that the venue could continue to trade whilst works were undertaken. This project required construction in 4 separate stages, to achieve this. The project was well managed with any arising issues solved promptly and completely which avoided any unnecessary delays and resulted in the complex project being delivered on time.

The multi-million-dollar project was executed with high detail and precision both by Skelcon and our dependable sub-contractors. The launch of the Hotel was well received, with the newly renovated venue boasting a trendy and relaxed, family-friendly and community-orientated vibe.
